By creating an account and using Ambidextrous AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
Ambidextrous AI is a SaaS platform that connects to your marketing accounts (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and others) in read-only mode to generate AI-powered performance analysis reports, recommendations, and marketing intelligence. The Service does not make changes to your advertising campaigns without your explicit instruction.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account credentials with others.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Use of AI-Generated Content
Reports and recommendations generated by Ambidextrous AI are for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or marketing advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on information provided by the Service. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
6. Data and Privacy
By connecting your marketing accounts, you grant Ambidextrous AI read-only access to retrieve performance data for the purpose of generating reports. We do not sell your data to third parties. 7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambidextrous AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
